The suite is decorated in a contemporary style with a light color scheme. It comprises of a large living room and adjoining bedroom. Cocktail-making classes

Our barmen will be pleased to welcome you and share the secrets of a successful cocktail. The lesson starts with a presentation of the rare products of the BAR, including a brief history of their provenance. Then a professional barman will give a practical demonstration and each participant will mix his or her own cocktail, which he or she can then enjoy. Each participant will leave with the cocktail recipe and a souvenir gift.

The Beau-Rivage Palace has placed Anne-Sophie Pic at the helm of the kitchens of its fine-dining restaurant. While continuing to preside over her restaurant in Valence (France), the three star Michelin chef has entrusted the realization of her creations to Kevin Gatin.

The restaurant has been awarded two stars in the Michelin guide and 18/20 in the Gault Millau.

Lobby Lounge

Situated near the hotel entrance, the Lobby Lounge has one of the most beautiful terraces in Lausanne and welcomes non-resident guests for breakfast from 8am. A menu offers light dishes all day long and the first notes of live music coming from the grand piano fill the space from 6pm. In winter, the terrace is transformed into an ice rink to be enjoyed by all the family. Mulled wine, fondues and plates of local dried meats and cheeses can be enjoyed outdoors, in the comfort of armchairs and snug under fluffy blankets.

Japanese restaurant

The Miyako serves traditional Japanese cuisine with sushi and sashimi prepared to order. The space at the Miyako has recently doubled in size and now accommodates a Teppan-Yaki table. Therefore the menu benefits from the addition of hot dishes cooked within minutes.
