These semi-detached beach houses are located 30 metres from the oceanfront, nestled in the vegetation, offering direct access to the beach. Our Two Bedroom Beach Houses (1,735 sq ft) sit nestled among the sand dunes with uninterrupted ocean views. filled with Caribbean sun, they comprise two ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living and ding area, a large outdoor deck and private swimming pool. 

Two Bedroom Beach Villas

 Located 30 metres from the beach, the detached Two Bedroom Beach Villas have two large master bedrooms, each featuring a four-poster bed, private patio and ensuite bathroom. There is a third single bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a generous dining area and leads onto the large sundeck, which has a heated swimming pool and an outside dining pavilion. Private butler service is included.

COMO Villa

This detached three-bed villa comprises two large master bedrooms featuring four-posters draped in white voile, private patios and ensuite bathrooms with outdoor shower gardens as well as a third interior bedroom (also ensuite). Designed in Parrot Cay’s signature style, the comfortable living room features a generous dining area and leads onto a private sundeck with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and an outside dining pavilion. The Villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and private butler service.

Island Villa is a place made for comfortable living, dinners with friends and family, and relaxing on a Caribean break. Each of the three bedrooms in this 3,660 sq ft private villa have an en suite bathroon, as well as windows looking towards the horizon. the deck is almost mirrors the interior in size offering over 2,476 sq ft of extra space beside your very own private pool. 

Rocky Point

Three bedroom estate situated on nearly 2 acres of beachfront property.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have screened porches with ocean views and ceiling fans. All beds are four poster king beds with white draping. Each bedroom has 23” satellite television with DVD player, safe, radio and CD player, ceiling fan, umbrella and direct dial telephone with voice mail. Master bedroom is detached.

BATHROOMS: 1 bathroom attached to each bedroom. Bathtubs, interior stand-alone showers and outdoor shower in each. All full bathrooms have magnified makeup mirror, hair dryer, bathrobes, flip flops and COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities.

KITCHEN: Full kitchen with butler’s entrance. Toaster, espresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator.

LIVING/DINING AREA: Large comfortable sectional sofa. Dining room table suitable for 6 guests. 60” projection television with DVD player, fax machine, direct dial telephone.

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a unique beach property made up of two houses on the private island of Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos. Nestled beside a swatch of powder-white sand, The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation and the turquoise sea.

Inside and outside blur in both houses with large windows that bring the landscape in. Each house is comprised of a second floor master bedroom/living area with 360 degree water views, three other ensuite bedrooms, as well as an infinity pool.

There is a screened-in guest pavilion flanked by a main pool where you can eat and watch movies, and plenty of outside terracing for relaxing under a reliable Caribbean sun. A further formal dining area inside seats up to 20.

Cedar panelled walls, teak furniture, walnut floors and limestone bathrooms are part of the high interior finish. Details include deep-seated pillowed sofas, king-size beds and beach furniture in white cottons. Candles abound.

Eclectic pieces reflects the owner's world travels, from Bali to Africa, including an enviable art collection. Further personal touches are introduced through service, provided by Parrot Cay, which is essential to this private island’s award winning reputation.

Deep sea fishing in the Turks and Caicos provides anglers with a world class opportunity to land the ‘big one’. Guides choose the day’s spot based on wind, weather, tidal patterns and their own local knowledge. This activity is open to a maximum of four people.

Golf Nearby

The Provo Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course situated in Providenciales and named one of the Caribbean’s Top Ten golf courses by Golf magazine. The course is conveniently located just past Leeward dock and arrangements can be made with Guest Services for transportation to and from Parrot Cay to Providenciales.

If you are looking to improve your game, a ball machine is available for rent by the hour. The Playmate Ace is the perfect companion for a beginner trying to improve their skills or for an advanced player looking for a good workout.

Catamarans and windsurf boards are available complimentary at the Water Sports hut located at the end of the boardwalk on the main beach. The Recreation team provides brief complimentary instruction to even the most novice of beachgoers so that they may enjoy the use of this equipment safely.

Lotus Restaurant

Lotus has an easy-going style that belies the sophistication of its cuisine, securing its reputation one of the top restaurants in the Turks and Caicos. At this al fresco poolside spot, guests come and go in beach gear, stopping in for light Caribbean-inflected lunchtime fare during the day and contemporary Thai- and Japanese-inspired Asian dishes at night.

Note: During the summer season, we alternate between Terrace and Lotus for dinner service.

At Lotus — which aspires to be the best restaurant in the Turks and Caicos — the food is always innovative. During lunch, seafood dishes strike a local note alongside such easy favourites as burgers, salads and pastas. At dinner, the Asian influence is more pronounced.

Every Saturday, Lotus hosts a barbecue. The nutritious and delicious COMO Shambhala menu is also always available during the restaurant's opening hours.
