Excellent, outstanding dining room staff, housekeeping staff and lounge staff. Food was excellent...very COVID conscious

Wonderful Trip

The cruise was Tulips and Windmills. Couldn't have been better. This was our second Uniworld cruise and we've already booked our third. Weather was cold with some rain but that's what the tulips need. They were beautiful and our other stops were great as well.

Overall a great trip. There was a problem with Water levels (not being able to pass under some bridges) but it didn't impact our enjoyment of the adventure. Will certainly do another River Cruise.

Everything was very well handled, not just arrivals but departure as well. The staff all knew my name immediately. A special dinner was prepared for me alone because I mentioned what a treat it had been previously. Excursions were handled professionally and were all very rewarding. I especially liked Prague and Budapest.

The is no shelter provided for smokers; open deck not protected from the elements. Suggest that the Sky Lounge, be designated a smoking area. unless and until this problem is corrected, I will not be booking a fourth trip.

More than we expected

We have been on other river cruises but this company is certainly one of the best.
